Any Content downloaded by you from this Site, including, without limitation, any files, images and data is licensed to you by CLAMCENTRAL.COM and its owner. Downloading the Content does not transfer title to the Content, or any intellectual property rights therein, to you. You may not redistribute or sell the content.

USAGE GUIDELINES
You (the Member)may download and use any and all files posted as Children's Ministry resources. The resources may be stored on the Member's computer(s) for use anytime into the future. The Member may use the resources in his/her local ministry, and share the resources with others who also serve in that same local ministry. The resources may also be stored on computers belonging to that local ministry--for example, a church computer.

The resources may not be shared, either in electronic or printed form, with other ministries not under the direct control of the member. For example, one church may not share the resources with other churches, nor may the resources be distributed among churches, even those belonging to a denomination or other such extended ministry.

MODIFYING THE CONTENT
Most or all of CLAMcentral's downloadable resources are modifiable if the member has the needed software. Permission is granted to modify the resources, but no resulting files may be given away, sold or otherwise distributed to others outside the local ministry as described above.
